dc.description.abstract This book talks about the concept of educational policy as being the headlines that the processes of education relies on to fulfill the needs of society and to achieve the goals that the country expects from education, because education is the most important issue in human rights as it forms the brain and thoughts of human beings. This book presents the characters of educational policy which represents the objectivity, development, clarity, comprehension, and criteria that includes the current trends of education, and develop positive trends and democracy. The book also talks about resources of educational policy like nature of the society, values of society, and the progress of science and technology. Finally, the book clarifies the relationships between the educational system and educational policy. The educational system is composed of many elements related to each other, whereas the educational policy is a working plan, principles, goals, and general trends that educational authorities put to direct the educational functions en_US
