dc.description.abstract This paper navigates the dynamic landscape of e-learning, tracing its evolution from pre-pandemic innovations to post-pandemic transformations. Motivated by the challenges posed by COVID-19, our study delves into the intricate interplay of technology, pedagogy, and policy, illuminating the profound implications of digital education on the future of learning. Through a comprehensive analysis of successful e-learning implementations, including learning management systems (LMS), augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) applications, and gamification strategy, we uncover the transformative potential of digital technology in revolutionizing educational paradigms. E-learning has certainly achieved numerous successes, but there remain persistent challenges to tackle, ranging from ensuring equitable access to technology to maintaining the integrity of assessments in online environments. Drawing insights from lessons learned during the pandemic, we offer policy recommendations for fostering sustainable e-learning quality, emphasizing the importance of digital infrastructure, educators training, and collaborative partnerships. Moreover, we advocate for future research endeavors to explore the impact of e-learning on learner outcomes and pedagogical efficacy, and the transformative power of emerging technologies to reshape education's future. Ultimately, our study serves as a clarion call for profound introspection and concerted action, urging stakeholders to embrace a vision of e-learning that transcends boundaries and empowers learners to thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape. en_US
