dc.description.abstract The Web services researches are becoming more essential for society by new tools such as ontologies and agents that will help us to satisfy the need related to analysis of a request and semantic search for Web services. The objective of this work is to provide a solution in order to have an intelligent interpretation of a user's query in the context of the search for the Web services. The proposed model consists of the cooperation of two principal agents: reactive one and cognitive one that analyzes the user query and reasons on a relative domain ontology and allows matching the services already published in UDDI register with the different concepts extracted from this query in order to draw the intentions and desires of the user and returns the most appropriate service to it. en_US
