dc.description.abstract The objective of the current study is to determine the effectiveness of a program based on structured electronic self-learning to develop the creative competencies of the educational design unit of the students of the Faculty of Education in Zulf. To achieve this goal, the creative competencies related to the educational design unit were identifed in the e-learning resource production course. The second group studied the electronic activities through )D2L( of this unit )two pictures of self-learning organized(. The test of achievement of creative competencies, the performance observation card for creative competencies in the form of a project related to the unit, and then the application of the test and a note card before and after the students of the research groups. The sample was )107( students. Results showed the effectiveness of self-organized learning in the development of cognitive achievement and skills associated with creative competencies in the post-application in favor of the second experimental group, which used )D2L(. The study also recommended the importance of e-learning environments in the development of creativity among students. en_US
