Procedural Guarantees for Victim of Human Trafficking in Bahraini legislation

dc.description.abstract The crime of trafficking in human beings constitutes an abuse and violation of human rights, making it a problem to be sold and bought, as well as the exploitation of the needs of vulnerable groups of humanity, especially women and children, as well as the adoption of organized criminal gangs for these crimes, Which amounts to the loss of their lives. As a result, the Egyptian Anti-Human Trafficking Law No. 64 of 2010 was issued and the organized decisions of the committees formed by it were rejected as a result of the urgent need to explain the crime of trafficking in human beings in order to achieve the proper application thereof. On the other hand, , In particular that legal studies are few in the search for guarantees for victims of human trafficking. The problem was also found in the Arab legislation, which tried to address this phenomenon through the enactment of some legislation, through which it tries to find some safeguards that provide protection to vulnerable groups, victims of the crime of trafficking in human beings. en_US
