The Factual Status of Career Rotation and its Relation to Organizational Affiliation from the Administrative Staff Perspective at the Faculty of Education, Jeddah University

dc.description.abstract The research aimed at identifying the factual status of career rotation and its relation to the organizational affiliation of the administrative staff at the faculty of education at Jeddah University and to disclose the differences in both the factual status of the career rotation and the organizational affiliation of the research sample according to some variables (gender, qualifications, years of experience(. In order to achieve these objectives, the researcher utilized the descriptive approach; the survey and the associative. The research results indicated that the factual status of the career rotation among the administrative staff at the faculty of education came in as )a strong agree( response. The phrase (the formation of social relations in the field of work) ranked the first order for the axis of the factual status of career rotation. While the organizational affiliation for the administrative staff at the faculty of education ranked )agree( response, the phrase "preserve the secrets of work and defend the university's reputation" ranked the first order with a "strongly agreed" response for the axis of the organizational affiliation. The research also indicated that there is a statistically significant positive correlation at the level of (0.01) between the career rotation and the organizational affiliation for the administrative staff at the faculty of education. There aren't statistically significant differences between the average responses of the research sample for the factual status of the career rotation and the organizational affiliation of the administrative staff attributed to different gender, experience. en_US
