dc.description.abstract The study aimed at identifying the extent of assessing the practice of technological leadership standards in public schools in Al - Ahsa governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which includes : (Vision, Leadership, Teaching, Supervision of Work, Management and Operations Support, Assessment and Evaluation, and Social, Legal and Ethical Issues(. The participants in the study were 148 Leaders from the public schools in the governorate which represents more than )50%( of the study population. The analytical descriptive approach was used to analyse the obtained data. The results of the study indicated that the members of the sample agreed to a large extent on the practice of the leadership of the public schools regarding the technological leadership in accordance with the standards of learning and teaching, productivity and professional practice, support and management and operations, assessment and evaluation, and to a medium degree according to the criteria of vision, leadership and social, legal and ethical issues. The results also indicated statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 and below regarding the attitudes of the members of the study on the criteria of: vision and leadership, learning and teaching, productivity and professional practice, support and management and operations, assessment and evaluation, and social, legal and ethical issues according to variable type of leadership for the leadership of women, Between primary school members and middle school students on the standard of productivity and professional practice for primary school members. In light of the obtained results, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented. en_US
