dc.description.abstract | The herein study emphasizes the significant amendments with respect to Law No. (27) in2014, in order to underline the grass-root changes that are introduced by the new law. The study also aims at analysing the efficacy of the new law compared to the severe criticism against the previous law which basically regulated the relation between the tenant and the landlord. The novelty of this law has made it imperative to search and analyse its constituents in order to highlight the new aspects of the new law, particularly with regard to the consequences of the lease contract. The study will also highlight the positive as well as the negative amendments، by virtue of the viewpoints of jurisprudence and legal texts, whether such amendments were formative or objective. As previously stated above, this study shall assess the main amends set forth by Law (27) for 2014, in terms of comparing it with other comparative laws. | en_US |
