dc.description.abstract The study aims to reveal the level of psychological resilience, the prevalence of anxiety, and depression symptoms of the wives who are subject to infidelity. The research has established a counseling program to improve psychological resilience by relieving the symptoms of anxiety and depression. The research is based on a randomly selected sample which consists of 12 women, with a mean age of 33.20, and a standard deviation of 4.49. The study group is divided into two groups: 7 females as experimental group, and 5 females as a control group. The implemented tools consist of the Resilience Scale, the “Hopkins” Scale, and the Counseling Program. The results show a decrease in the level of anxiety and depression and a high level of psychological resilience in the experimental sample compared to the control sample after the counseling program. The impact is 58% for the anxiety scale and 94% for depression, and 95% for the psychological Resilience. The low level of anxiety and depression is indicated by the post-experimental comparison of the experimental group compared to the pre-test and the high level of psychological Resilience in a statistically significant manner. en_US
