dc.description.abstract The winds of the 21st century brought with it many revolutions, foremost of which was the huge technological revolution in the field of information transmission, which arose from the convergence of communication and computer technology. It was the result of the creation of a new means of communication called "social media", through which the Internet became the means of communication and knowledge and exchange of knowledge, information and news, which enabled them to compete with the traditional media role and presence, but contributed to excel and grab the forefront of it. However, these innovative means, although they contributed to the construction of platforms, electronic platforms and virtual complexes, broke controls and restrictions, destroyed privacy and contributed to the violation of rights because of the lack of censorship, the emergence of audacity, moral turbulence, openness and exploitation. All of these factors have led to the privacy and personal data of individuals being exposed to abuse, exploitation and *exploitation*(check repetition), which has caused much harm to many individuals who have taken such modern methods. It is noteworthy that all countries have been keen to develop the so-called "laws against the crime of informatics"; where the government and the concerned authorities establish strict laws to regulate and control the circulation and transmission of information over the Internet, and some countries have considered this area the most important. This concerns the national security issues that all countries are keen to protect. en_US
