Abstract:
This research discussed the subject of judicial deportation in the UAE legislation and Jordanian legislation. The research presented the concept of judicial deportation and the difference between it and similar measures, as well as an explanation of the facets of the judicial deportation whether obligatory or permissible as referred to in the UAE legislation and a comparison with some other legislation. The study concluded that the Emirati legislature gives the judge the power of judicial deportation like Kuwaiti and Bahraini legislation, while the Jordanian legislator does not refer to the judicial deportation in the Penalties Laa and leaves the matter to the the executive authority represented by the Minister of Interior or the governor. The study also reflected positively on the findings and recommendations.
