The Legality of the Right of Return for the Palestinian Refugees and the legitimacy of the struggle for it

Abstract

The right of return is an inalienable human right confirmed by regional and international legal charters and by the decisions of The United Nations General Assembly and the Security council. This right has also been confirmed by international public will as expressed through public and international conferences and up held by Arab and foreign constitutions. Since Israel has refused to submit to international decision and insist on displacing the Arab population and denying their right of return, and since the international community is unable to enforce the international decisions concerning the right of the Palestinian people due to the constant use of "veto" by the U.S.A.it is submitted that the principles of international law as well as international decisions confirm the legality of the use of force by the Palestinian people to return to their homes and maintain the right of self determination.
