dc.description.abstract The present study aimed at measuring the impact of an electronic program based on individual training in the professional development of vocational guidance specialist in South Batinah Governorate. In addition, the study aimed to find out whether there are differences between the post-test levels of professional development due to gender differences, scientific qualifications and the school stage. The electronic program of the study was applied to a random class sample consisting of )21( specialists and professional guidance specialists in South Batinah Governorate for two months. The study used an experimental method and the design of one sample with Pre test-Post-test. The results revealed a statistically significant effect of the e-program based on the separation of training in the professional development of professional guidance specialists, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the average of the tribal and post-career development test due to the different types, and educational stage of the school. Significant differences were found according to the professional guidance specialists’ qualification in favor of Bachelor degree holders. en_US
