This was to establish a strong independent Arabic state, which can be the base for a united Arabic state. Despite all the obstacles that were imposed on the king’s authorities and the overruling of the British high commissioner of his authorities that were agreement a upon in the treaty. Despite the fact that the Iraqi government was not liberated during the mandate, from the pressure, influence and intervention of the British High Commissioner and the British employees; King Faisal was working to have an effective role in making decisions related to the state matters and affairs. This situation was flexible via the balance between the royal court and the British authorities to move forward in building the administrative state apparatus and establishing the independent state. en_US
