dc.description.abstract The agreement on probation in the employment contracts has a great significance in determining the duties and rights of both the employee and the employer during the probation period and after it. However this agreement is normally legally problematic, even though the legislator handled many of it’s issues, still many of those issues are waiting for interference of legislature and finalization. Even the laws and legal opinions were different, the thing that made the Legal scientific opinions in disagreements in many other issues. Studies have shown the need to set other rules and regulations that are not mentioned in the current active Laws in order to create balanced relationship between employer and employees, especially that the employees’ compliance to the employer’s conditions seems high. en_US
