dc.description.abstract Mathematics plays a prominent role in all the fields of knowledge and its applications in daily life. Mathematical concepts are a basic element of Mathematical Knowledge whose applications are developed in daily life. The problem of this study is represented in the inadequacy of teaching styles to the learning styles of gifted students. This results in wasting the potentials of both teachers and learners. The study, therefore, aimed to investigate the gifted students’ learning styles as an approach to developing Mathematics Teaching to gifted students and a proposed program was applied to exploit gifted students’ styles of learning mathematical concepts in developing Mathematics Teaching in elementary school. The sample of the study was )31( gifted students and the study used the Descriptive Method to determine the gifted students’ learning styles by adopting )Gaber, Layan, Quraan, Maha, 2004( learning styles inventory. The semi-experimental Method was used in applying this program to estimate the effectiveness of the program in achieving the planned goals. The results revealed that the gifted students’ learning styles are various )kinesthetic learning style followed by auditory learning style, visual/non-verbal style, visual/verbal style( respectively and there are minor differences. The results also indicated that the proposed program is efficient in developing students’ learning of mathematical concepts. The study included 6 tables and 68 references. en_US
