Abstract:
This research aimed to examine the effect of using the cooperative and competitive teaching strategy for the detection of talented students )9- 10 years( in the domain of psychomotor. In order to accomplish this aim, a sample of 30 participants from a primary school were randomly selected and a number of considerable tests were used: the test of 25 meters run from location, the test of multi-jumps to 10 paces, the test of standing broad-jump, the test of bending the trunk from a sitting position, the test of winding run, and the test of running from and to cones. As a result, the need to apply the cooperative teaching strategy to increase the confidence of talented students in themselves and in their self-learning skills to develop their talents in various sports activities.
