Abstract:
This study aimed at detecting factorial structure of Mckenzie’s multiple Intelligences Inventory )Saudi Version( using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and the integration between both methods. The study’s participants were 438 female students randomly selected from the Faculty of Education in Qaseem University. Results of the first degree and highest degree of EFA using FACTOR v10.3 yielded 19 factors at the beginning, then after Promaj rotation, Parallel Analysis, and 2nd factor analysis yielded one general factor with nine first-degree factors, although some items saturated on other factors that were supposed to get saturated theoretically. Results of CFA using AMOS yielded a model with the general factor with nine other factors and had an acceptable and matching value indicators. Finally, results were discussed in light of the literature review and previous studies, and some recommendations were suggested.
