dc.description.abstract This research was conducted to investigate the validity level of certain creative thinking in scientific fields' tests. An inventory for conditions of the validity of these tests was used to analyze the items of these tests. This inventory consists of two main dimensions, the first is the conditions to realize creative thinking properties (9 conditions), and the second is the conditions to differentiate it from achievement tests (7 conditions). Psychometric characteristics for this inventory were achieved. Analyzing (15) tests in creative thinking in science, math, social studies and Arabic language showed that the total score for the first dimension, the second dimension and the inventory were not sufficient to decide on the validity of these tests in measuring creative thinking in scientific fields. No significant differences in the verification of these conditions due to the scientific field of the test were reveled. These findings ensure the need of integrating the efforts of specialists in curriculum and teaching methods, psychological measurement, scientific fields and the researchers in the field of creativity in developing these tests. en_US
