Studying at Yarmouk University and its Effect on the Development of Values Among Students from the Viewpoint of Faculty Members

dc.description.abstract The present study aimed to identify the study at Yarmouk University and its effect on the development of values among students from the viewpoint of faculty members. To achieve the objective of the study the researcher used the descriptive approach by designing a questionnaire consisting of (27) items distributed to the four areas after it was confirmed valid and reliabile, it was distributed among the study sample consisting of (243) faculty members at University of Yarmouk. The study found that the role of Yarmouk University in the development of values among the students was a degree of praise, and the presence of statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the impact of variables of academic rank, and sex in favor of females, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the significance level (α = 0.05) due to the impact of the college. Based on results of the study the researcher recommended a number of recommendations including the need for the university administration to flexibility and creativity in their dealings and decisions, and adopt a clear philosophy in that, allowing them the opportunity to achieve the goals of great value among the students of the university. en_US
