Abstract:
This study aims to identify the culture of quality for secondary school teachers and students. To verify this, a random stratified sample of (76) schools in Salfeet and Qalqilia Directorates was selected by using an instrument which was designed for research purposes. The results showed that the culture of quality for teachers was (3.85) with a high degree, but for students it was (3.48) with a high degree. The results also showed that there were no significant statistically differences on the total degree of quality on the variables that relate to teachers. For students, there were significant statistically differences on the total degree for (section) variable. The researchers presented a proposal to improve the quality of secondary education, the study suggested some recommendations as follows: To study the elements of quality by educational managements and the needed adequate environment to adapt the new administrative technology.
