The Relationship between the Leaderships of Sport Activities Behavior and the Job Satisfaction for Sport Supervisors at Jordanian Public Universities

dc.description.abstract This study aimed to identify the relationship between the universities sport activity leaders behavior, and the satisfaction of the activities supervisors at the same universities. This study also attempted to investigate and analyze the employee’s job satisfaction based on gender and experience factors. The study population consisted of (72) sport activity supervisors at national universities and institutions for the academic year (2008/2009). A study sample which consisted of a randomly chosen (30) supervisors has been selected for this research. The researchers applied the Gordon factor to describe the leadership behavior, which comprised (25) sections and the Tensy factor of self concept which consisted of (50) sections, (12) of them were used to measure the job frame selection, (7) sections to measure the power, and (6) sections which are comprised of (50) subsections to measure the job satisfaction, the tools have been tested for accuracy and consistency. The study resulted in the following: as for females, there were some main differences between the job satisfactions for different leadership styles, those differences were related to the supervision experience factor. en_US
