Abstract:
This study aimed at bringing to light the self efficacy and its relation to achievement motivation and academic achievement among Bisha Colleges students at King Khalid University (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). The researcher used the measures of self efficacy and achievement motivation and applied them on an available sample of (115) students selected from the above – mentioned colleges students during the academic year (1430 – 1431 H). The results revealed that most students fell at the average level of self efficacy. The variables of achievement motivation and academic achievement showed, through variance analysis, a ratio of (0.679). But the variable of academic achievement was the most powerful to predict at self efficacy level since it showed a ratio of (0.603).
