dc.description.abstract |
This study aimed at identifying the reality of scientific research among faculty members of Teachers’ Colleges (Ahsa, and Dammam) of King Faisal University and the contribution of the social factors: administrative, subjective, and organizational. The sample consisted of (94) faculty members. The study reached to several results of which: 1 - The degree of faculty members’ agreement for the first three factors were high. The social factors were ranked first, followed by administrative factors, and organizational factors with an average of (3.48, 3.31, 3, 29), respectively, while subjective factors were ranked last. 2 - There weren’t statistically significant differences among study dimensions according to college factor. 3 - There weren’t statistically significant differences among the study sample according to the variable of nationality other than the subjective factors. In light of the results, a set of recommendations were established. |
