Abstract:
This study aimed at identifying gifted children with learning disabilities among students enrolled in the programs of learning disabilities in Riyadh. It also sought to investigate the relationship of the phenomenon with some educational and demographic variables. The sample consisted of (244) pupils. Results revealed that the proportion of gifted students with learning disabilities of (3.3%), and the existence of a relationship between the talent of students with learning difficulties and the level of family income, level of education of father. The study concluded that rates of prevalence in the city of Riyadh similarity of prevalence world rates, and the need to develop assessment and diagnosis will be recognized on this group carefully so as not classified within the categories of the other does not receive appropriate services, and the need to put some variables, educational and demographic into account in the process Evaluation.
