The Reality of Addressing Values by Faculty Members at KSU in their Lectures from the Perspective of Students

dc.description.abstract This study aimed to identify the reality of faculty members’ role in instilling values in students at King Saud University during addressing them in lectures from the perspective of students. The study followed a descriptive approach to achieve its objective by using a questionnaire which was applied on a sample of students in the Humanities colleges. Results showed that the degree of addressing values was median in general; also personal, social, and scientific values got same degree; but exposure to religious and citizenship values was weak. The results showed significant differences in the sample responses due to the college variable in favor of the colleges of Law, Political Sciences, Languages and Translation and Arts. However, there were no significant differences due to the variables of the year of study and the cumulative average. en_US
