Difficulties that Limits Supervisory Practices Efficiency from Educational Supervisors Perspective and their Solution Methods

dc.description.abstract This study aimed to identify the administrative, technical, personal, social, and financial difficulties, which limit the efficiency of supervisory practices for educational supervisors in Riyadh. To achieve the purpose of study, the researcher had designed a questionnaire which nine faculty members of the College of Education in King Saud University evaluated it. The researcher had confirmed the validity and reliability of questionnaire. The study sample was consisting of all educational supervisors of the seven supervisory centers in Riyadh. There were 241 educational supervisors. The researcher used an appropriate statistical method for this kind of study. The most important results were as follows: 1. The instrument dimensions were ranked according to the degree difficulties for the supervisory practices efficiency from the perspective of educational supervisors in Riyadh. They were financial, administrative, technical, social, and personal difficulties. 2. The level of difficulties that limits supervisory practices efficiency was average for the study sample. 3. No significant statistical difference between the educational supervisors with respect to the level of difficulties that limits supervisory practices efficiency of all five instrument dimensions with difference in study factors (educational level, experience, training courses, educational supervisors load). The researcher suggested number of recommendations. en_US
