The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of school principals and teachers to the degree to which servant leadership is being practiced by principals. The sample for this study comprised of (390) teachers and (95) school principals. The results of the study revealed that servant leadership is being highly practiced from principals’’ perspectives and moderately practiced as perceived by their teachers. Furthermore, differences were not found for gender, educational level, and grade level with regard to their perceptions of practicing servant leadership by their principals. However, differences were found for educational experience. Finally, the study was ended by offering a number of recommendations for practice and research. |
