Abstract:
The study aimed at determining the level of practicing administrative leading processes and its futuristic expectation at Jordanian universities. For realizing the objectives of the study, the researcher constructed two questionnaires. The two questionnaires distributed to (497) faculty members in these universities and (20) experts in highest education. Mean and percentage were used to analyze the data. The result showed that Jordanian universities practice its administrative leading process in acceptable level through the use of estimation rate. Also it determined the parts of the research as future and desirable expectations through the use of (Dollffy and Golten).The research recommended to pay attention to the planning process in Jordanian universities and adapt the procedures which lead to determine the administrative leading process.
