dc.description.abstract The study aims at exploring the level of organizational health for UNRWA schools in Gaza Strip. Methodology of the study is based on a questionnaire consisting of five dimensions (institutional integrity, integrated leadership, resources influence, teacher affiliation and academic emphasis). The questionnaire was distributed to a sample composed of (30) schools from south Gaza Governorates which contained (30) principals and (520) teachers. The researcher concluded that the level of organizational health was positive (70%) and the results showed that there were significant differences among the principals’ and teachers’ perceptions of organizational health and in favor of the principals, whereas there were no significant differences between the principals’ and teachers’ perceptions towards organizational health due to the variable of experience. In the light of these findings, the study suggested an integrated perspective for improving school organizational health, including the following: justifications, features and implementation requirements. en_US
