Abstract:
The present study aimed to determine the degree of satisfaction Aqsa University Students for Academic Advising Tools Projects at the university as an indicator of quality, the study was descriptive analytical approach adopted, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to get the information is made up of (30) items represent academic counseling services. The researchers applied the questionnaire to a sample of students consisting of (2041) students. The most significant results of the study is that the degree of satisfaction on the quality of students› academic counseling services at Al- Aqsa University, came medium, which accounted (61.5%), and that it is the arithmetic average (3.07). As the study pointed to the lack of differences between the average scores degree Student satisfaction on the quality of academic guidance services at Al- Aqsa University, depending on the variable Gender (Male, Female). Apart from thisstudy revealed the existence of significant statistical differences for the paragraphs of the questionnaire as a whole depending on the variable college, these differences were in favor of the College of Arts. Media and management and financing with no significant statistical differences for the paraghraphs of th e questionaaire as a whole according to the variable of academic level, these differences were in favor of the first level. In the light of the findings the study offered a number of practical measures to improve the academic guidance services at Al-Aqsa University.
