dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of using the two methods of teaching physical education to improve the level of physical performance in the long jump. To achieve the objective of the study, 60 students were selected from the Institute of Physical Education in Mostaganem, Algeria. The student aged ranged between 18-22 years old. The participants were distributed into two experimental groups, the first group where the inclusion teaching style was used, and the second group where the reciprocal teaching style was used. The results concluded that both teaching styles, the inclusion and the reciprocal, have a positive effect on improving the students’ physical performance in the long jump. en_US
