Abstract:
Genetic counseling is consultation at a specialist of Genetic Medical; in order to examine the prospects for the birth of a baby with a genetic disease or to discuss the likelihood of the emergence of symptoms of genetic disease on the person in the future. The work of the advisory is accurate predictions. These possibilities are genetic counseling, and this delicate work may entail any wrong predictions that may result in wrong genetic counseling. This may result in serious damage affecting the next to marry or father or mother, as well as damages that may affect the baby, who is born with a genetic disease, and genetic counseling as a result of these misconceptions. Because of the nature of the likelihood of the consequences of genetic counseling, the search for the responsibility for this advice is required to determine its basic in terms of wrong, damage, and causation in light of the rules established by the French Public Health Law which govern the work of the Consultative genetic during his genetic advice.
