Authentic Certification in Proof Pannel - A Comparative Study

Abstract

This study carried out an analysis of legal texts that address the issue of authenticity as evidence has been standing on the pros and cons of existing legislation in Jordan compared with other legislation, put as series of questions were answered in systematic and scientific. The researched was divided into four sections address: The first research deals with what the certification in terms of its concept, the difference between the certificate and some legal systems similar (such as recognition and experience). While the second section talks about authoritative certificate in evidence before the court and in the front of public prosecution. The third research study examined the substantive rules and formal certificate as evidence. The fourth section talked about the position of Islamic low evidentiary certificate of authenticity.
