dc.description.abstract This research aimed to measure and evaluate guidance programs presented by Supporting Marriage and Family Care Organization at Unayzah city as a pattern which can produce some results about the acceptance of benefits from family guidance various programs in Saudi Arabia to improve and protect family life from breaking apart and, consequently, supporting it to face contemporary cultural and civilizational changes. A questionnaire has been done on a sample of teachers who belong to the administration of Education at Unayzah city to measure and evaluate running and alternative programs that could be suggested to improve it. Results show that family guidance centers support and improve quality of Saudi family life, even though it is recently established, the research population stresses the importance of family guidance programs, and the necessity of improving family relationship. Moreover; the most important time of benefits is before and in the beginning of marriage, and confidentiality principle is an important component of the program’s success and necessity of improving family culture. On the other hand, the findings indicate lack of publicing programs of guidance centers, which makes it necessary to intensify the information tool to show activities and those in charge of this work. Besides, results confirm that the group of the study are interested in training courses and lectures instead of listening to tapes and reading books. Findings show that there is no relationship between social status and age of respondents and all study’s factors. However, Person coefficient results show that there is a positive relationship between programs importance and all study’s factors. en_US
