dc.description.abstract |
Most of the classrooms in Arabian schools are crowded with big number of students and because of the Arabian libraries do not have enough resources that help the teachers who lead such classrooms, this book has been published to enrich the Arabian library in this matter. Classroom management is considered one of the most important competences of teacher as counselor , director, facilitator, leader and organizer who is able to interact positively with his students. The teacher might find himself in front of large group of students in one classroom and that require from him to lead and manage this large classroom in well studied way which is organized and effective. This book includes seven chapters. The first chapter talks about the concept of classroom management and its importance ,objectives and characteristics. Second chapter includes characteristics of effective teacher and his main roles, his ideal way of interacting with his students and his way of asking questions in addition to his way of organizes and directs the learning process, time management and discipline. Third chapter talks about rules and procedures of classroom management. Fourth chapter includes the way of managing large classrooms. Chapter six talks about organizing and managing behavior in large classrooms. Finally chapter seven which exhibits the issue of communication and building good relations with the society and parents. |
