The Degree of Mastery of Arabic Language Teachers for the Integrated (Blended) Education Strategy and its Refection on Learning and Teaching Outcomes in UAE Schools Under the Corona Pandemic

dc.description.abstract This study aimed at exploring the level of profciency in using the integrative education strategy, on the part of Arabic Language Teachers in UAE schools, refected in learning outcomes, under Covid 19 pandemic. The sample consisted of 49 male and 60 female teachers, working in public and private schools in Sharjah. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach interpret participants’ responses and test hypotheses. The quasiempirical approach was also used to analyze the teachers' performance during the Corona pandemic. The participants showed acceptable performance, but insuffcient to achieve the desired learning outcomes. Therefore, need arises for improving the expertise and skills of teachers in this area. Statistically signifcant differences in teachers’ profciency in using the integrative education strategy were observed in favor of females and teachers with three years of experience or less, as well as differences in favor of teachers in private schools. Based on these results, the researcher put forward some recommendations with an eye at achieving a better level of learning outcomes through using this type of education. en_US
