dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to develop an electronic educational blog and investigate its effect on the achievement and motivation of students in the frst scientifc secondary grade in the subject of Earth and Environment sciences in Jordan. The sample of the study consisted of (37) students of the frst scientifc secondary grade, they were randomly divided into two groups. The frst one consisted of )18( students who were taught by using the electronic educational blogs and the other one is a control sample, which consisted of )19( students who were taught by using the conventional method. Tools of the study consisted of the electronic educational blogs designed by the researchers, the achievement test, and the measurement of motivation. The study showed that there were statistically signifcant differences between the students’ performance in the experimental and control groups.. The study recommended that teachers of science in general and earth science in particular a adopt method using educational blogs in in teaching. | en_US |
