dc.description.abstract | The judgment of the constitutional court of jordan is final and binding to all authorities and others. However there; are still many question arise as to the nature، forcefullness, and the date of the enforcement. These questions are not only related to the constitutional court of jordan, but to the counterparts, which vary as to the constitutional adjucation practiced by supreme courts, constitutional courts, and councils.
