dc.description.abstract | This study aimed at exploring the perceptions of university faculty members on how to deal with the challenges of knowledge and cognitive growththrough applying a questionnaire on a sample consisted of )230( faculty members at Al-Qassim University in Saudi Arabia. The questionnaire consisted of )34( items distributed on four domains: the administration challenges domain, the academic challenges domain, the financial challenges domain and the social challenges domain. The analyzed results revealed that the degree of challenges at all domains and with their items were high. The results also showed that there were not any significant differences that could be attributed to the academic rank or years of experience.
