Abstract:
This study aims at investigating Electronic Management practiced by school
principals and its relationship with administrative and technical performance
based on the teachers’ perspectives in Irbid Governorate, Jordan. Adopting a
descriptive approach, a random sample of 350 teachers are selected to collect
data. The study tool employs two sections; the first is to measure the practice
of electronic management and the second is to measure the performance of the
principals. Both sections have been verified for accuracy and credibility. The
results of the study reveal that practicing Electronic Management by schools`
principals in Irbid governorate is of an average level with a mean of (2.67)
and standard deviation of )0.74(. The results also show that the performance
of the principals is of an average level, but it indicates that there is a significant
relationship between the practice of electronic management and the principals
administrative and technical performance (r=0.66).
