The researchers adopt a descriptive research method for the convenience of the research which has reached a number of results. First, the research has found that the participating leadership followed by the selling )persuasive( leadership are the two most commonly used by the school leaders in the Eastern Province. They are followed by the telling and delegating leaderships respectively, both of which are rarely adopted by school leaders. The study also indicates that the leadership forms of school leaders are not efficient when dealing with low, average, above high and high maturity levels of teachers.
