dc.description.abstract The Arab World witnessed critical and painful phase in its history, when the Arab region passed through many conflicts and calamities. The destruction phenomenon has become clearer than Renaissance and development causing decreased levels of living, and raising ignorance, poverty and unemployment. In order to search for solutions for these crises and issues to restore vitality of the nation, this study draws attentions to a part of the solutions offered by Free International Trade, especially with regard to developing countries and least developing countries, besides the work program on aid and small economies, trade and commerce technology transfer, in addition to the special and preferential rules that applies to a lot of free trade agreements in general, and the Convention on Trade Facilitation in particular. Those themes and more are the essence of what is stated in "Bali package" of ministerial decisions and achievements of the WTO. en_US
