dc.description.abstract The study suggested a physical training program for developing endurance of soccer players. This study aimed at identifying the effect of a suggested physical training program that includes three types of training (continuous, interval, and fartlek training) on developing the physical endurance. The participants in this study were 30 players (from super division sector) aged 17 - 19 and where divided into: a control group (15 players) and an experimental group (15 players). The result of this study indicated that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the posttests. Furthermore, midfielders were significantly the best in the general physical endurance. This study recommended that coaches should pay more attention to physical training units that can improve the physical. Endurance of soccer players because of its strong relationships with other physical fitness elements. It is also recommended that continuous, interval, and fartlek training programs should be used in order to improve physical endurance of soccer players. en_US
