dc.description.abstract The aim of this study is to answer the following questions: What is the level of the moral judgment of the students - teachers? and are there significant differences due to the variables of sex (boys - girls) or academic level (the first year - the fifth year) ? The sample of this study has been chosen randomly and amounts to 231 students. The Defining Issues Test (D.I.T.) has been adopted to measure the moral judgment. This test was constructed by J. Rest according to Kohlberg’s theory. Its validity and reliability has been established. Means, the percentage, Chi-Square (X2), Pearson Correlation and t- Test were used for the data analysis. Results indicated that the majority of students were functioning at the second level of Kohlberg. None statistically significant differences were found at both the academic grade level (first versus fifth) variable and sex. en_US
