Abstract:
The study aims at defining forms of negative behavior of primary school students in Riyadh, and methods of confrontation applied from teachers’ viewpoints. The questionnaire was used and applied on a simple random sample consisting of (386) teachers and it reached the following findings: Verbal behavior is on top of the list of negative behavior forms, followed by aggressive and motor behavior. The social methods come on top of methods of confronting this behavior, followed by psychological, educational and then physical methods. Study variables vary in their affect on the sample responses towards the tool phrases as a whole; experience effects choice of confrontation method, location of education office affects determining forms of negative behavior and choosing confrontation methods. Also field of specialty affects determining verbal and motor behavior, and school type affects determining forms of negative behavior and selection of physical, psychological and educational methods.
