dc.description.abstract The study aimed to identify the main obstacles which stand without privatization system in the field of sports in Iraq, as well as to identify the most prominent ways to overcome those obstacles, as was the use of the descriptive method survey manner was chosen as the study sample way random, which amounted to (55) members of the staff investment and officers sports clubs and the Ministry of youth and Sports bodies. Was built after the scale of the study presented to the experts, as are the two axes, first pivot axis (obstacles to privatization system in the sports field), which contained )8( phrases The second axis )ways to overcome obstacles privatization system in the sports field) reached (9) have been adopted gradient triple scale )yes, to some extent, do not( in this study. This study has found that there are a lot of obstacles sports privatization was the most prominent of the weakness of the sports investment sports and privatization of the public the culture, the lack of the necessary financial resources for the implementation of sports projects, banks and financial institutions reluctant to support sports clubs, the difficulty of the privatization of some of the clubs in the light of the suffering of financial crises and lack of clarity of the objectives of privatization in front of decision makers. The main recommended this study, it is creating an environment in legislative and regulatory guaranteeing full systems, rules and procedures sports privatization transparency, preparing economic and technical depth sports clubs feasibility to be privatized studies, encourage banks Iraqi financial institutions in supporting sports clubs privatized, especially at the beginning of the privatization process, creating and providing human resources capable of investment Sports file management privatized sports clubs and encourage investors to enter the world of sports investment and privatization. en_US
