dc.description.abstract This study aimed to investigate the educational boards' development to activate community partnership in accordance with quality requirements from the perspective of the schools principals in al Mafraq and Jarash Educational Directorate in the northern region of Jordan, and the school level on that partnership. The random sample study consisted of (172) schools principals – male and female. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire included (40) items distributed on four domains. To ensure the validity and reliability of the instrument a panel of experts reviewed that instrument. The results of the study showed that: - The school principals were highly satisfied with the effectiveness of the educational boards development in the three domains: vision and goals, management, and the financial and material, but the consultation partnership came in the moderate level according to the study scale. - There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (a = 0.05) due to the educational district in the three domains: vision and goals, financial and material, and the management, but there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (a = 0.05) in the consultation partnership due to the education district variable, favoring Al-Mafraq district. - There were statistically significant differences at the significance level (a =0.05) due to the gender variable in all domains favoring females principals. - There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (a =0.05) due to the school level in all domains, and over all level. In the light of these findings, the study suggested a number of recommendations. en_US
