The Islamic Psychotherapy included (16) therapy sessions, two sessions per week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Each session lasted for three hours. The results of the statistical analysis indicated the following: There were significant differences between the pre and post diagnosis for both groups. There were no significant differences between the pre and post diagnosis for two small independent groups using the Man Whitney Test.
