Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of a suggested program using three teaching styles on the performance of spike and development attention Focus in volleyball. The sample consisted of 43 female students from those registered in volleyball course (1) at Faculty of Physical Education in the University of Jordan. The students‘were divided into three groups: programs book let, reciprocal style, command style. Statistical analysis before the start of the study showed no significant difference was found for the scoring tests. However, at the end of the study, Statistical analysis showed that the group with programs book let scored his scores than other two groups.
